In the event of mistakes made by suppliers or website administrators while updating the product details, such as product photographs, product specifications, package contents, price, etc, CameraABC reserves the right to change the incorrect information without notice. CameraABC will not accept any liability for any loss or damage, which may be incurred by any person acting in reliance upon the incorrect information.

Orders:

All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by CameraABC.
After an order is placed from the website, a copy of the order is automatically sent to the designated email address. This automated reply should not be considered as a confirmation of order or tax invoice but rather as a reference of order placement.
Within one working day of the order placement, our sales personnel will contact you, either by phone or email to confirm the availability of the goods, delivery date, etc.
Only after receiving the phone call or email confirmation by our sales personnel will your order be considered confirmed and effective.

Delivery:

CameraABC or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. All products will be shipped with insurance cover provided by CameraABC.
We will endeavour to despatch the goods as soon as possible and will do our best so that the goods reach you on time, as indicated in the timetable. However, unforeseen circumstances may occur at any time, which could delay the delivery. In case you haven't received your goods after the normal delivery time, please give us a call. We will try to track the package or alternatively give you the tracking number and the necessary contact numbers.

Replacement And Refund:

Faulty Product Replacement:
Most of the products have a 1 year (12 months) manufacturer's warranty. CameraABC will help to replace any faulty product which is under warranty. Proof of purchase will be required. The product serial number must match the product sold.
No Return/Exchange/Change of Mind:
Unless a product is faulty, a purchased product cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose the product carefully before you buy, as we will not exchange any products due to change of mind.
Deposit Refund:
In some instances, CameraABC will charge a $50.00 deposit to hold a product for you. If the product is not delivered to you, within the agreed time frame, you can request to cancel the order and refund the deposit amount. The deposit will only be returned if the product has not been delivered within the agreed time frame.
